Sail through the calm, vibrant waters of the Sea of Cortez aboard the Rocio del Mar. This region, often called “the world’s aquarium,” offers warm water, unique marine life, and spectacular underwater scenery. Dive with sea lions, encounter massive schools of fish, and enjoy the friendly, relaxed atmosphere of liveaboard diving in Mexico’s most legendary sea.

This 7-night journey aboard the Rocio Del Mar explores the Northern Sea of Cortez and the Midriff Islands, home to sea lion colonies, dense schools of fish, eels, octopus, and jumping mobula rays. Macro photographers will delight in spotting colorful blennies, dancing jawfish, nudibranchs, and seahorses.

Between dives, guests often see pods of dolphins and whales including pilot, fin, sperm, and even orcas, as well as a wide variety of seabirds like boobies, frigate birds, and yellow-footed gulls.
