A two-week wildlife and diving expedition combining safari in Sri Lanka with shark-rich reefs and turquoise waters of the Maldives.
We begin in Sri Lanka, where daily jeep safaris take us into Wilpattu and Minneriya National Parks in search of elephants, leopards, sloth bears, and an incredible range of birdlife. Evenings are spent at Sri Lanka Signature Lodge, sharing meals and stories after long days exploring one of the most biodiverse regions in South Asia.
From there, we transition to the Maldives Aggressor II for a week of liveaboard diving in warm, clear water known for abundant reef life and consistent shark encounters. Expect channels alive with current, schools of fish moving in formation, manta possibilities, and the kind of big blue diving the Maldives is known for. This itinerary balances land and sea, safari and scuba, wildlife above and below the surface.
Led by Brett and Mary, this is an immersive adventure designed for those who want to experience both the raw beauty of the wild and the energy of the open ocean.
